Just £10 a month.....

Just £10 a month would keep this lady in IV fluids, Donate Now!
Ha! I told my mum i needed a photo of her for my blog to make money and the silly woman believed me. Well it works for all those damn puppies and kittens (yes i have a sick sense of humour).
The operation went well, it was a bit of a late start as the anaesthetist called in sick and another one had to be found that could handle the mothers complicated case history.
So after 5 and half hours of bone sawing, cracking and what not, she is eventually done.

Needle phobics need not read more!

She has a morphine pump to handle the pain and for once they got the blasted thing in first time.
No idea yet when they will release her but things have gone well so far.
Thanks for all the well wishes, it means a lot.

  6. The Old Sarge is thinking you may not be so knackered, having been around the Hospital with Mum so much it could be that you have a LURGY, do you have any BOGEY around your NOSY PARKER. Take the THINGAMAJIG out of the BUM BAG, find a BUILDERS BUM to rub it on soak it in SWEDE juice cooked with LADYBIRD. Drink the potion and you will stop being so CRANKY with your MUM. If this dose not work, watch someone HAVING A WANK,

  8. Your mum did a fantastic job raising you and your warped sense of humor. You and my brother could've come from the same gene when it comes to humor...I love it!
    She's never going to have a dull moment with you around the bedside.
    Please give her my very best for a quick and complete recovery!!!
    ~~~Blessings~~~
  12. Hey! Having had 3 major abdominal surgeries, numerous colonoscopies (visiting trips, ya know), along with oodles of chemo involving more oodles of needles than you can shake a stick at over the past 4 years, the fact that they got the needle in on the first stick is excellent news! And so is the rest of your post on your Mum's recovery thus far. Sending you -but especially your Mum - wishes and prayers that all continues to heal and go smoothly! Peace!
