Hamburg-ers?

Well my sister and family will be heading off to Hamburg on Monday, so she is making sure they have everything packed and that the luggage wont be over the limit. Excessive baggage is a unfortunate family trait.
Ste (bro in law) will be staying then full time, but Jemma and the kids will be back after a week for a short while. What i would love from any readers out there is any personal experiences of traveling to Hamburg, living there or in fact anything about the place. Googling it just isn't the same as someones personal account of a place.

So any Hamburgers out there? is that the official title of someone from Hamburg? Please inform me.
