Where would you buy?

If you could buy anywhere in the world, where would you buy? For me it would depend on what i would use the property for. Would it be for holidays, to live or to rent out?
I think some type of Las Vegas Real Estate would be a good place to set up base for a blog friend meeting, as Las Vegas is quite easy to get flights too. Then you could rent it out for all the time you don't use it.
If it was for somewhere to live, i have always dreamed of living in Canada, nothing to do with Kai living there, that would be a reason not to buy. I would love to find out if my counselling diploma would be of use over there, then there would be no stopping me.
